Either way it is priced for the whole crew on the permit — never per seat. Every account starts on 30 days of Complete, every feature, no card. When the trial ends you pick a plan, and a paying account is never downgraded automatically.

What happens at the edges
What happens if a payment fails, or I cancel?
Nothing is switched off while a card is being retried — your sites keep being monitored and your alerts keep arriving. If you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and afterwards your inspection records stay readable and exportable. A billing state should never cost someone access to their own compliance record — that is a rule in the codebase, not a promise in marketing.
What is in the trial?
Thirty days of the Complete plan, with every feature enabled and no card required. If you do nothing at the end of it, nothing is charged.
Do members need their own seat?
Team members are included. Members can inspect, upload evidence and read reports; admins additionally configure sites, thresholds, forms and billing. We will not block an inspector standing in a storm because of a role check.
Which model should I pick?
Count your active sites. Below about six, per-site is cheaper; above about twenty lots, Builder is. The arithmetic is on the page precisely so you can do it yourself — and you can move between them without losing any history. We would rather win on the dual-source data and the record quality than on price alone.
Who am I actually buying from?
Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. They take the payment, their name is what appears on your statement, and they issue your invoice and handle sales tax or VAT. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get the data out?
Yes. Inspections export as PDF, and API keys give scripted access to your sites, readings and records. It is your compliance record.
